The rhythm of your demos is off. And why do they only have one note playing at a time?

Not very impressive.

This is a lousy, pathetic, worthless Stencyl example clone. Let's go over the facts:

* The tiles, paddle, and ball graphics are exactly the same as the Stencyl example.
* The ball only moves in a 45 degree diagonal direction, exactly the same as the Stencyl example. It also moves at the same speed.
* The bricks, although looking slightly different and orientated differently, are the same size and make the same sounds as the Stencyl example.

But don't take my word for it, O readers of my review! Download Stencyl today and see for yourselves what little effort was put into this game!

Given this irrefutable evidence, the only appropriate score for this game is a big fat goose egg.

It isn't a very good tribute... :(

The animation is extremely crude. There's no detail or fluidity in any of the scenes at all. The game is also way too short. Get some practice with drawing things in Flash before you make any serious attempt at a game.

All I got to see was the preloader and the title screen. The game doesn't work.

It's alright. It'd be nice if I wasn't forced to stand in one spot while a horde of zombies slowly advanced. It'd also be nice if I could have saved my game and not be forced to start from day 1 upon losing.

Once again, GamezDen fails to impress with their latest game, Mystic Journey. With its horrid controls, buggy collision detection, and unimpressive graphics, it's obvious that the game got little, if any, beta testing. Furthermore, the game seems to lack any music or sound. If you like your games to be bad, buggy, and boring, you can't go wrong with Mystic Journey.

The game repeatedly refuses to load, despite apparently only being 244 kilobytes in size. If It won't load, the game can't be played, and thus it fails as a game. 0/10.

This doesn't feel like a completed game. Rather, it feels like a bare bones tech demo of a game. There's only one room, no objectives... actually, there's just about nothing to keep the player engaged.

Take what you have and flesh it out a bit before resubmitting.

By "epic" and "hard", do you mean "tedious" and "boring"? Because that is what this game is.

The gameplay is essentially "go from point A to point B (a switch) then go to point C". There is nothing to give me the slightest bit of challenge, or to make the game the slightest bit interesting. Nothing to impede my progress, unless my rapidly waning interest counts.

The only reason this game gets 1 star is because it is still a playable maze game, though I have a hard time conceiving a tedious exercise as a game.

This is an excellent game and all, although with a couple of problems:

1) Store prices are too low. It's not hard to get all the money necessary to buy all the upgrades before half of the game is over.

2) Stage 13, and thus the game as a whole, is unwinnable because two of the rooms are completely inaccessible.

I like to write music. On occasion, I also like to draw and do other forms of art, though I'm not necessarily very good at it. I also like to make games.
